2007 Certificate of Excellence On April 23, 2007, Jo Wynn, founder and CEO was chosen as the recipient for the Kenosha Junior Woman’s Club, “2007 Theodora Youmans Citizenship ” Certificate of Excellence for her outstanding service and dedication to the Kenosha community. The Club President, Eva Hoey presented Ms. Wynn with the award along with a dinner also held in her honor.
